We will be running the first Pacer Test on Friday Sept. 25th. I have the students run this test 4 times a year. At the end of the year we have an awards assembly to acknowledge the students that show improvement every time they run the test. This test is for 3rd-6th grades only. After the second time we run the test the students have the opportunity to be included into the Survivor Club. If the students can improve their scores by two laps each time they run they become part of the Survivor Club. I take a group picture of the students and display it in their classroom. If at the end of the year the students improve each time they run the test by two they will receive a special award to recognize them.
